Enterprise Solutions & Core Software Systems Lead

Job Description

The Enterprise Solutions & Core Software Systems Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise software platforms.
The role oversees core business applications and ensures that technology solutions align with organizational objectives and operational requirements.
The position works closely with architecture, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, establish development standards, and drive modernization of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
Manage the technical direction of core business applications and software platforms.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.
Establish software development standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.
Lead application integration with internal and external enterprise systems and APIs.
Review application architecture, source code, technical designs, and development practices.
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy applications and improve system performance.
Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure applications meet security and compliance requirements.
Monitor application reliability, availability, scalability, and overall technical performance.
Lead technical teams through development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and external implementation partners when required.
Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong experience in enterprise application development and software architecture.
Experience leading software engineering teams and complex technology projects.
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, databases, and enterprise integration.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
