Job Description

The IT Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and management. The project manager will monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position will also promote structured project governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional IT, business, and external vendor teams.
Monitor project progress against budget, scope, quality, and deadlines.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Organize project meetings and maintain clear project documentation.
Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and management.
Manage changes to project requirements through appropriate governance processes.
