Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist – Cloud Computing & IAM provides technical assistance for cloud platforms, identity management systems, and enterprise authentication services. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, resolving customer incidents, and ensuring secure user access across cloud environments. The specialist works closely with engineering and infrastructure teams while delivering exceptional customer service. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of cloud technologies are key to this position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure and IAM solutions.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access management issues.
Resolve incidents related to Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar cloud platforms.
Monitor system performance and identify potential service disruptions.
Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams when required.
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Assist customers with account provisioning, password resets, and access requests.
Follow security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
