Job Description

Job Summary:

 

As the Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating, cleaning, and managing leads using marketing intelligence platforms and populating them into online CRM systems like Zoho or Hubspot. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM tools for tracking sales team performance, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring that the sales pipeline is populated with high-quality leads. You will also collaborate with the web development team to maintain and enhance the company’s websites, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and aligned with marketing strategies. Additionally, you will execute content strategies on platforms like LinkedIn to build brand visibility and attract potential customers. A key component of the role will also include expert-level proficiency in cleaning and organizing data in MS Excel to ensure accurate lead management and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation:

Utilize marketing intelligence platforms to identify potential leads in the freight forwarding industry. Clean, verify, and segment leads before importing them into CRM systems like Zoho or Hubspot. Populate the CRM with qualified leads and ensure accurate data entry for the sales team to follow up.Ensure high-quality data management, with expertise in cleaning and organizing large datasets in MS Excel.

 

CRM & Website Management:

 

Manage and maintain the online CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot), ensuring the smooth functioning of lead tracking and customer engagement. Collaborate with the web development team to optimize and update the company’s websites, ensuring they support lead generation and marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyze sales team performance using CRM metrics, dashboards, and reports. Ensure the sales pipeline is always up-to-date, with accurate lead information, follow-up schedules, and activity tracking.

 

Marketing Execution:

 

Run and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and targeted ads. Create and post engaging content on LinkedIn to build brand awareness, attract leads, and showcase RRA Group’s services. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.

 

Data Management & Reporting:

 

Regularly update and clean the lead database in the CRM, ensuring duplicate or outdated information is removed. Leverage expert-level skills in MS Excel to clean, organize, and analyze data for accurate reporting. Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, sales team performance, and marketing campaign success.

 

Content Creation:

Develop content strategies and manage content creation for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, focusing on freight forwarding and logistics-related topics. Ensure that all marketing content is aligned with the company’s goals and brand message.

 

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to provide support and feedback on leads generated and marketing campaign performance. Collaborate with the web development team and other departments (operations, customer service, etc.) to align marketing efforts with overall company strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in lead generation, preferably using marketing intelligence platforms. Strong knowledge of online CRM tools, such as Zoho or Hubspot, including lead tracking, reporting, and sales performance management. Expert proficiency in MS Excel for cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data. Experience working with web development teams to maintain and enhance websites for lead generation. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation (especially LinkedIn).Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present marketing performance insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics industry is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
