UX/UI Designer

Job Description

The UX/UI Designer creates intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for customers and internal users. The role combines user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles to improve digital products. The designer works closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product-development lifecycle. The position requires strong design thinking and the ability to translate user needs and business objectives into effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and user-friendly web and digital product experiences.
Conduct user research and analyse user behaviour, feedback, and requirements.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
Develop and maintain consistent UI design patterns and design-system components.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and business stakeholders.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into product improvements.
Ensure designs follow accessibility and responsive-design principles.
Translate complex business requirements into simple and effective user experiences.
Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Support developers during implementation and ensure design quality across products.
