The Role
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, embodying the highest standards of hospitality and service expected at a luxury resort. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every guest experience, from check-in to check-out, is seamless, efficient, and reflects the sophistication and excellence of our spa offerings. You will manage bookings, provide detailed information on treatments and services, and assist guests with their wellness journey while maintaining a calm, welcoming, and professional demeanor. The Spa Receptionist is essential in delivering a personalized, five-star experience that aligns with the luxurious standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality.

- Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival, ensuring a luxurious, serene experience that reflects resort standards.
- Manage spa reservations and booking systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in guest scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries, providing detailed information on available spa services, pricing, treatments, and promotional packages in line with our resort offerings.
- Assist guests in selecting treatments based on their preferences and needs, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and amendments efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all billing is accurate, payments are processed, and any additional requests are handled promptly.
- Ensure the reception area is immaculately maintained, with an atmosphere of luxury, calm, and relaxation.
- Provide guests with all necessary information on the spa’s amenities, services, and wellness offerings, contributing to a smooth and informed spa experience.
- Promote and sell spa services, packages, and retail products with expert knowledge and in line with resort standards of guest service excellence.
- Assist with managing therapist schedules and coordinating treatment rooms to optimize guest experience and resource allocation.
- Monitor guest feedback and report any concerns or issues to the Spa Manager for timely resolution.
- Maintain and update guest records, ensuring personalized attention by noting special preferences, treatment history, and other relevant details.
- Ensure all spa policies, procedures, and resort standards are followed, including health and safety regulations, cleanliness, guest confidentiality, and payment procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner, ensuring any concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively to uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of spa supplies, products, and equipment, ensuring that all items are in excellent condition and replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager and team to enhance operational efficiency, drive guest satisfaction, and meet resort-level standards.
- Assist with organizing spa events, promotions, and special packages, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and in alignment with resort offerings.
- Perform administrative duties as required, including filing, preparing reports, and supporting the Spa Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Be an ambassador for the spa experience, promoting a sense of well-being and relaxation through every guest interaction.
