Principal Flexcube Functional Architect

Job Description

Oracle India is seeking a Principal Flexcube Functional Architect to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions for enterprise banking clients. The role requires deep expertise in banking operations, digital transformation, and Oracle FLEXCUBE modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable banking solutions. This position demands strong leadership, consulting expertise, and the ability to guide complex financial technology implementations from planning to production.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementation and upgrade projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements from banking clients.
Design functional solutions aligned with banking regulations and business goals.
Configure FLEXCUBE modules including Retail, Corporate, Loans, Deposits, and Payments.
Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration activities.
Conduct solution reviews, gap analysis, and functional testing.
Provide production support and resolve complex business issues.
Mentor consultants and ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices.
