Job Description

Oracle India is hiring an Enterprise Software QA Automation Lead to oversee quality assurance strategies for enterprise software products. The role focuses on developing scalable automation frameworks, improving software quality, and ensuring seamless releases through continuous testing practices. The QA Lead will collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams while mentoring automation engineers and driving quality initiatives. Strong expertise in automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing methodologies is required.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA automation strategy for enterprise applications.
Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
Develop automated functional, regression, integration, and API tests.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
Monitor testing metrics and improve release quality standards.
Mentor QA engineers on automation best practices and testing methodologies.
Ensure software compliance with Oracle quality, security, and performance standards.
