The Store Manager is responsible for leading all store operations to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and develop high-performing teams. The role is accountable for the overall performance and daily operations of the store while maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and waste control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
Analyze store performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
Manage customer feedback, retention initiatives, and service quality programs.
Oversee order fulfillment, merchandising, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve business performance.
