Job Description

The Maintenance Hydraulic Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic systems used in die casting and manufacturing equipment. The technician performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses equipment failures, and minimizes machine downtime through timely repairs. This role supports continuous production by ensuring all hydraulic systems operate efficiently and safely. Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of hydraulic components are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain hydraulic systems in production equipment.
Diagnose hydraulic failures and perform corrective maintenance.
Replace defective pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.
Read hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment service records.
Coordinate with production teams during equipment breakdowns.
Ensure hydraulic systems comply with safety standards.
Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and workshop cleanliness.
