Job Description

The Tool Room Maintenance In-charge is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and managing production tools, dies, molds, and equipment used in manufacturing operations. The role ensures that tools remain in excellent working condition to minimize production downtime. This position coordinates preventive maintenance schedules and supports production teams with timely tool availability. Strong technical knowledge of tool room operations and maintenance practices is required.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance and repair of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Schedule preventive maintenance activities for all tooling equipment.
Maintain tool inventory and calibration records.
Coordinate with production teams to meet tooling requirements.
Troubleshoot tool-related production issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Recommend tooling improvements for enhanced productivity.
Maintain documentation of maintenance history and repairs.
