IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will lead technology projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
The role will coordinate cross-functional teams delivering software, infrastructure, cloud, and digital transportation technology projects.
The Project Manager will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.
The position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project governance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Coordinate software, infrastructure, engineering, QA, and business teams.
Monitor project budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Communicate project progress and status to management and stakeholders.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and external partners.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, reviews, and decision-making sessions.
Ensure projects follow organizational quality, security, and governance standards.
Lead project closure, documentation, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
