Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Handle inquiries and provide information about Kidiley Employment Services LLC services.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
