Job Description

GWC Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Administrator to manage and optimize warehouse software platforms supporting daily logistics operations. The role includes system configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT teams for system enhancements. The administrator will ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and uninterrupted warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience with WMS platforms, inventory systems, and logistics technology.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
Configure user roles, permissions, and operational workflows.
Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate system resolutions.
Support warehouse staff with technical system assistance.
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
Ensure inventory data accuracy across warehouse operations.
Coordinate software upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
Prepare system documentation, reports, and user training materials.
