Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

GNA Axles Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to maintain electrical systems, machinery, and manufacturing equipment within the production facility. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring uninterrupted plant operations. The successful candidate will contribute to equipment reliability while complying with safety and maintenance standards. Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery and control systems.
Install, repair, and maintain motors, control panels, and wiring systems.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations.
Replace defective electrical components safely and efficiently.
Maintain maintenance logs and equipment service records.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company procedures.
Support machine installation and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
