Job Description
Fusion CX is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. The successful candidate will help optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The Business Analyst will ensure solutions align with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout project execution.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Generate reports, dashboards, and process documentation for management.
