Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

To supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role also involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing resources, and ensuring customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and manpower.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate daily work schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment requirements.
Lead warehouse staff, team leaders, forklift operators, and laborers.
Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and turnaround times.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and company policies.
Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal departments.
Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and SAP-integrated processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
