Role: Soft Services Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia Jeddah
Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual operational plan for the janitorial department, outlining strategic goals, resource allocation, and budget management.
 - Uphold and enforce the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct within the janitorial team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.
 - Oversee the training and evaluation of cleaning supervisors, fostering continuous development to enhance skillsets and leadership capabilities.
 - Manage the day-to-day operations of the janitorial department, ensuring efficient personnel allocation and scheduling to deliver seamless service across all areas.
 - Serve as the primary point of contact for all janitorial service inquiries, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with all levels of management, staff, guests, and stakeholders.
 - Proactively address guest and internal customer complaints regarding cleaning services, resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain the departmental work schedule, ensuring proper staffing allocation for events and high-traffic periods to maintain exceptional customer experience. 
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality management
 - 10-15 years of janitorial experience.
 - 5-star hotel expertise.
