Brand & Community Manager
Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Brand & Community Manager to lead our branding, marketing, and community engagement efforts. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, marketing expertise, and community management skills to grow and nurture Dodo Payments’ presence across various channels, particularly Discord.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies to enhance Dodo Payments’ visibility and positioning.
 - Technical Content & Thought Leadership: Create and oversee technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and social media updates, to engage developers and fintech enthusiasts.
 - Community Engagement: Manage and grow the Discord community, ensuring active engagement, support, and discussions around Dodo Payments’ offerings.
 - Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and community events to drive awareness and adoption.
 - Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, crafting compelling narratives and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
 - Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and foster partnerships with influencers, fintech communities, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach.
 - Customer & Developer Advocacy: Act as the bridge between users, developers, and internal teams, gathering insights to improve Dodo Payments’ products and services.
 - Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize marketing and community efforts.
 
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Background: Experience in fintech, payments, or a related technical field is a must. Ability to understand APIs, integrations, and developer needs.
 - Marketing & Branding Expertise: Proven track record in branding, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
 - Community Management: Experience in managing and growing communities on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
 - Content Creation: Strong writing and communication skills to create engaging technical and marketing content.
 - Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
 - Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
