IT Systems Business Analyst

Job Description

Diyar United Company is looking for an experienced Enterprise IT Systems Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with technology solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather functional requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through digital solutions. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience working with ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout project delivery.
Support ERP, CRM, and enterprise application implementations.
Conduct system testing and validate business requirements.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
Prepare process flows, reports, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and identify business risks.
Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
