Responsibilities

Marketing professionals (Sales support from Agri/Soya domain) oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service, or idea. As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include:

 Collecting and analyzing customer data

 Using CRM systems to manage relationships

 Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs

 Handling customer complaints

 Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives

 Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers

 Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience

 Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system

 Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture

 monitoring performance and periodically reporting on working

 managing campaigns on social media.

 Digital and online marketing

 

Skills

 

 Computer skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.

 Excel expertise at least “Intermediate Level” is required.

 Should understand International Business Management.

 

Communications

 

 Excellent English knowledge is a must.

 Must be fluent in communication – with strong oral and written communication skills
