Responsibilities
Marketing professionals (Sales support from Agri/Soya domain) oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service, or idea. As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include:
Collecting and analyzing customer data
Using CRM systems to manage relationships
Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
Handling customer complaints
Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
monitoring performance and periodically reporting on working
managing campaigns on social media.
Digital and online marketing
Skills
Computer skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Excel expertise at least “Intermediate Level” is required.
Should understand International Business Management.
Communications
Excellent English knowledge is a must.
Must be fluent in communication – with strong oral and written communication skills
