Job Description
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of hotel or accommodation facilities and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction. The role involves managing front-office, housekeeping, food-service, and other hospitality operations. The manager supervises employees, monitors service quality, controls operational costs, and ensures compliance with company standards. Strong leadership, hospitality knowledge, financial awareness, and customer-service skills are important for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily hotel and accommodation operations.
Supervise front-office, housekeeping, food-service, and hospitality teams.

Monitor room availability, bookings, check-in, and check-out processes.
Handle guest complaints and implement appropriate resolutions.
