Key Responsibilities:

Enter daily inventory transactions into the ERP or inventory system.
Update records for incoming and outgoing materials.
Verify stock quantities against physical inventory.
Prepare inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation reports.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase and issue records.
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
Identify discrepancies and report inventory variances.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidential inventory records.
