Job Description

The Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Specialist safeguards industrial control systems, operational technology infrastructure, and critical manufacturing assets against cyber threats. The role involves assessing OT security risks, implementing cybersecurity controls, and ensuring compliance with industrial security standards. The specialist collaborates with engineering, IT, and plant operations teams to strengthen cyber resilience. This position supports secure digital transformation initiatives across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT and industrial control systems.
Monitor OT networks for vulnerabilities, threats, and security incidents.
Implement security controls for SCADA, PLC, DCS, and Industrial IoT systems.
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination.
Develop OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security standards.
Support incident response and forensic investigations for OT environments.
Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, and ISA cybersecurity frameworks.
Collaborate with IT teams to secure network segmentation and access controls.
Deliver cybersecurity awareness sessions for plant personnel.
Prepare security reports, audit documentation, and compliance evidence.
