Job Description

Cyient is hiring a Technical QA Lead (Hardware-Software Validation) to lead comprehensive validation activities for integrated hardware and software products. The role is responsible for ensuring product quality through structured testing strategies, automation, defect management, and regulatory compliance. The QA Lead will coordinate with development, hardware, and product teams throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in hardware validation, embedded software testing, automation frameworks, and quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead hardware-software validation activities across multiple projects.
Develop comprehensive test plans, validation strategies, and test cases.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
Coordinate defect tracking, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Manage QA schedules, resources, and project deliverables.
Implement and enhance automated testing frameworks where applicable.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and organizational quality standards.
Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
