Cognizant is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and improve business performance through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
