Job Description:
- Recruitment on all open roles, making sure that position closures happen in the minimum TAT.
- HR planning and strategy to make sure the organization adopts the best practices in the market.
- Responsible for overall background verification process & coordination with the vendor for accurate & timely BGV reports.
- Maintaining Rewards & recognition records & ensuring smooth monthly meet coordination.
- Responsible for internal organizational communications that go out from the HR team.
- Planning & organizing employee engagement activities & coordination with vendors for all the locations.
- Maintaining claims & reimbursement records with rewards & recognition budgets for E.g. Manager Budgets, HOD budgets & employee R&R Budgets.
- Maintaining complete MIS of Medical cards, employee personal information & other HR related MIS with accuracy constantly updating the same.
- Coordination with HRBP in day today HR operations along with support in grievance handling. Providing all the HR related information & data to the HR Manager & ensuring accuracy & timely deliverables.
- Working in close coordination with the admin department to make sure the office space functions smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
