IT Project Manager

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects for Capgemini Nederland and its clients.
The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
The project manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure that project deliverables meet agreed business and technical requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and project governance skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and implementation plans.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and documentation.
Coordinate developers, engineers, analysts, consultants, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Organize project meetings, steering committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Track project performance using appropriate KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with project governance, quality, security, and organizational standards.
Lead project closure, lessons-learned sessions, documentation, and handover activities.
