IT Infrastructure Automation Manager

Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Automation Manager is responsible for leading automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and infrastructure scalability. This role develops automation strategies for cloud, network, server, and data center environments while reducing manual effort through scripting and orchestration technologies. Working with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams, the manager ensures standardized, automated operations across enterprise platforms. The position also drives continuous improvement through infrastructure modernization and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise infrastructure automation strategies.
Automate server provisioning, configuration management, and system maintenance tasks.
Lead Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Manage automation for cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Optimize IT operations through scripting, orchestration, and workflow automation.
Monitor infrastructure performance and improve system availability through automation.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to automate compliance and security controls.
Lead infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and promote automation best practices.
