Key Responsibilities
Source IT candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Negotiate salary offers and prepare employment documentation.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
