Job Description

The Metallurgical Lab Technician supports quality assurance by conducting metallurgical testing and material analysis on forged components. The role ensures products meet customer specifications and international quality standards. The technician prepares test samples, performs laboratory testing, and documents accurate results. Close collaboration with production and quality teams helps improve manufacturing processes and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct metallurgical testing on raw materials and finished products.
Prepare samples for microstructure examination.
Perform hardness, tensile, and impact testing.
Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration records.
Record and analyze test results accurately.
Support failure analysis and quality investigations.
