Job Description

The IT Project Manager plans, coordinates, and delivers technology projects from initiation through completion. The role manages project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. The manager works closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery. The position emphasizes structured project governance, quality, communication, and continuous progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and implementation plans.
Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
Coordinate technical and cross-functional project teams.
Monitor project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
Organize project meetings and track actions and decisions.
Manage changes to project scope and requirements.
Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and external technology partners where required.
