Job Description

Job Overview:

 

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer with expertise in onboarding and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate must also be fluent in Arabic and have a thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

– Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
– Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, processing employee benefits, and maintaining accurate records.
– Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
– Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist with the recruitment process.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent work environment.
– Experiences in handling more than 1000 Headcount
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
– Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
– Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
– Collaborate with the finance department to prepare and manage the HR budget.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and payroll.
– Fluent in Arabic , Tagalog and English, both written and verbal.
– Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– High level of organization and attention to detail.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
– Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
