Human Resources Officer
Job Description
Purpose
To articulate and implement on-boarding and off-boarding objective across the Group. Supervise the daily activities of the team including, but not limited to, effective delegation of assignments, providing support, counsel and necessary training as required to deliver on expectations.
Responsibilities
- Regularly review and analyze monthly joiners and leavers reports; enhance and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance with SLAs
- Develop and standardize procedures for onboarding and offboarding to ensure consistent customer satisfaction; ensure smooth, satisfactory, and successful onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees
- Ensure resources and infrastructure adequately support onboarding and offboarding programs; implement a Document Management System for improved data accessibility
- Create and maintain SLA documents, workflows, and pre-requisites for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to new joiners and act as a frontline consultant; manage and resolve complaints professionally, identifying and addressing conflicts and issues effectively
Requirements
- 5 years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or a similar role in the HR department
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related degree.
