Job Description
The IT Support Engineer provides technical support for hardware, software, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications across Agility Logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level technical support to users.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and system issues.
Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Document technical issues and resolution procedures.
Support cybersecurity policies and endpoint protection.
