Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Job Description

The Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer supports the development of reports, dashboards, and data solutions that help business teams make informed decisions.
The role involves collecting, transforming, validating, and analyzing data from multiple enterprise and operational sources.
The developer will work with senior BI professionals and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate analytical solutions.
The position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in data visualization, SQL, data modeling, and business analytics within an industrial organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from enterprise databases.
Assist in developing data models and data transformation processes.
Collect and integrate data from ERP, EAM, operational, and other business systems.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publishing reports.
Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues and implement corrective solutions.
Work with business users to understand reporting requirements and analytical needs.
Support the development of KPIs and performance dashboards for different departments.
Maintain technical documentation for reports, datasets, queries, and BI solutions.
Assist senior BI developers with ETL processes, system testing, and BI platform enhancements.
