Job Description

Responsible for partnering with hotel and business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance, and organizational development. The role provides HR guidance while ensuring alignment with company policies and employment practices. The HR Business Partner works closely with managers to address employee and organizational needs. Strong knowledge of HR practices, communication, coaching, employee relations, and business partnering is required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hotel leadership and department managers on HR matters.
Support workforce planning, staffing, and organizational requirements.
Provide guidance on employee relations and workplace issues.
Support performance management and employee development programs.
Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and career-development initiatives.
Monitor employee engagement and recommend improvement initiatives.
Support recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and retention activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
Advise managers on employment practices and workplace policies.
Analyze HR data and prepare workforce reports for management.
Support learning, training, and leadership-development initiatives.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
