Job Description

The Sustainability & ESG Lead develops and implements environmental, social, and governance initiatives that support the company’s long-term sustainability objectives. The role oversees ESG reporting, environmental compliance, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability programs across business operations. The position works with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible business practices into daily operations. The lead also ensures alignment with international ESG standards and corporate sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ESG strategies and sustainability programs.
Monitor environmental compliance across business operations.
Prepare sustainability and ESG performance reports.
Coordinate carbon reduction and climate action initiatives.
Engage with internal and external sustainability stakeholders.
Monitor ESG metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting standards.
Support corporate social responsibility and community development projects.
