Job Description
Location: Noida (Only Delhi NCR candidates should apply***)
Time zone: Indian Shift
As an HR Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. Under the guidance of our experienced HR team, you will assist in executing HR initiatives and processes that support our organization’s goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and events.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, updating policies and procedures, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Stay updated on relevant HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong passion for human resources and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges
Requirement:
- Must have either Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
