Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Manager with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to manage and streamline our end-to-end agri-operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in operations, hands-on experience in agri-sourcing and execution, and excellent coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle from fruit sourcing to final dispatch including planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and onboard reliable farmer partners; manage sourcing of fruits as per quality and volume requirements.
• Vendor & Farmer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, aggregators, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Ensure best pricing and terms through effective negotiation while maintaining sustainable farmer relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure produce meets required quality and compliance standards during sourcing, harvesting, and packaging stages.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement, quality, and logistics metrics for performance tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Agriculture or Agribusiness Management (ABM preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in agri-operations, sourcing, or supply chain.
• On-ground exposure to fruit sourcing, farmer engagement, and harvest planning is a must.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to sourcing locations and farms as needed.
