● Coordination/follow-up with Client, Consultant, Civil Defence, Government authorities, Subcontractors, Procurement, Quality, HSE and all other disciplines for timely completion of Respective Services. ● Responsible for all MEP (Mechanical, electrical & plumbing)/fitout works with proper material & resources coordination. ● Capable of supervising detailed engineering works, coordinating with shop drawings, technical submittals, project charter, BOQ liaison with consultants & site/field supervision. ● Supervising electrical and mechanical utilities for various projects and analyzing complaints. ● Experienced in documents submittals preparation, technical submission, technical inspections (WIR/MIR), documentation and preparing method statements. ● Ensure by leadership and guidance that contracted works hand in hand meets all practical, commercial requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completion. ● Estimation, pre-planning quantity survey and site survey for tendering, various work orders and for the resource requirements. ● Working with a team of skilled professionals & technicians to accomplish perfection while meeting responsibilities & standards. ● Ensuring that Project-MEP/ fitout work is executed on site in accordance with the specifications, contract drawings, schedules, agreed procedures and method statements ● Sound knowledge and experience in below systems - ● Electrical Systems, such as Electrical Switchgear, LV/MV/HV panel, Motor Starters (MCC), Auto Main Failure controller, Solar & UPS systems ● Mechanical Systems, such as Rotating Machinery, Fire Fighting, D.G Sets ● ELV & automation systems, such as sensors, circuit boards, CCTV, Telecom networks, Fire Alarm, Emergency and directional light system, Access control system. ● Security systems such as gate barrier & intercom systems. ● Sound knowledge and experience in operation and maintenance of above systems. ● Regularly updating the project flow status, comparing with actual planning and reporting it to the management. ● Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness. ● Keeping the contract documents with the main o
