KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ▪ Permit acceptor of PTW and authorized Risk assessor. ▪ Manage all kind of Mechanical Maintenance works in thermal power plants including annual outage, PM, Emergency shutdown and CM. ▪ Supervise the working party as well as ensure Health, safety and environmental compliance. Familiarity with environmental and safety regulation related to mechanical maintenance activities. ▪ Site supervision and responsible for maintain general safety. Project coordination with all other department like electrical, instrument and civil. ▪ Collaborate with operation, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve equipment issues and plan work effectively and efficiently. ▪ Annual outage of Desalination units (MSF & MED), Steam turbine, HRSG, Gas Turbine, Remineralization plant, Demineralization plant and Sea water intake system ▪ Well knowledge and execution of Confined space works, work at height, lifting plan, hot work and floor opening, excavation etc. without any accidents. ▪ Planning and effective preventive maintenance schedule of various mechanical equipment to increase machine up time or equipment reliability. ▪ Preparation of method of statement and risk assessment. ▪ Ensure the client satisfaction by providing higher quality of product by ensuring all the equipment was properly installed and working correctly ▪ Schedule and manage daily activity and priority of work of all mechanical maintenance staffs. ▪ Sea water Desalination unit maintenance works including evaporator, water boxes, valves, strainers, de-aerator, Brine- heater etc.. ▪ Execution of Gas turbine, HRSG, and steam turbine maintenance works. Effective and efficient trouble shooting in case of breakdown and depreciation. ▪ Maintenance works on Confined space works like distiller, oil tanks, re- mineralization tanks, GRP Pipes, excavation, hypochlorite tanks, carbon filter tanks, de-gasifier, bromide free tank, etc. ▪ Supervision and coordination of Acid cleaning by following safety procedure.

▪ Supervising site operations including checking the HVAC drawing for location of equipment, ducts and pipe layouts. ▪ Conducting inspection and taking approval from consultant for each work activity ▪ Preparation of method of statement. ▪ Design and sizing of duct as per SMACNA standards ▪ Kitchen and toilet ventilation designing. ▪ Car Parking ventilation and fresh air system Designing. ▪ Timely completion of design documents, drawings & getting approval from client. ▪ Reporting to department head for project work progress & deliverables. ▪ Responsible for the preparation of Material Submittals as per project specifications. ▪ Responsible for showing the Mechanical services on Precast Panels as per the approved shop drawings. ▪ Preparation of the detailed Site quantities requirement based on the consultants approved drawings. ▪ Attending site coordination meeting with client/consultant/contractor and follow-up for Quality related issues.

▪ Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) designs for construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements. ▪ Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall building plans. ▪ Manage MEP projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control. ▪ Oversee contractors and subcontractors involved in MEP installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. ▪ Design plumbing systems for water supply, drainage, and sanitation, incorporating fixtures, piping layouts, and water treatment systems. ▪ Conduct hydraulic calculations and sizing of pipes to ensure adequate flow rates and pressure.

▪ Manage HVAC installation projects at construction sites, overseeing all activities from start to finish. ▪ Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of HVAC works. ▪ Supervise the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ductwork, ventilation systems, and controls. ▪ Ensure that installations comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. ▪ Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams, assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed. ▪ Review engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility of HVAC installations. ▪ Conduct quality inspections of HVAC installations to verify workmanship, compliance with standards, and proper functioning.
