Performed quality inspections on scheduled days to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, prepared quality reports on observed faults, and submitted them to the immediate manager. Trained contractors on quality concepts and guidelines, and prepared grade-wise reports for subcontractors to ensure quality standards were met. Developed Site Acceptance Reports (SAR) related to project sites, ensured check points were met, and provided necessary corrective steps. Gained experience with Huawei BSC6000, BSC6810 (RNC), RNC6900, BTS3012, BTS3900, and DBS3900, including installation, commissioning, and migration of NODEB from ATM to IP implementation. Worked as a Field Engineer managing the operation and maintenance of over 200 cell sites in the Kerala circle, troubleshooting and maintaining Vodafone networks, including Nokia Ultra Site Edge BTS, Metro BTS, and Flexi BTS. Planned and coordinated massive rollout projects from site survey through installation and commissioning of cell sites, ensuring timely and e􀁁cient project execution. Operated and maintained 15 GHz microwave equipment such as DMC, XP4, ECLIPSE, FLEXI HOPPER, and CERAGON STM MW link, along with Micro SDM ECI MUX, handling installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Conducted E1 routing and patching, reparenting from BSC locations, and identified and addressed issues, performing first-level troubleshooting for RAN maintenance and contributing to long-term network reliability. Implemented system upgrades, supported billing and customer service functions, communicated resource statuses and potential issues, and developed and maintained software changes in BSS CRM systems, following best practices for design, development, customization, and testing.
