 Leading a team of inspectors and stock handlers by peer reviewing their inspections, activities & offering technical guidance to make informed decisions  Working on receipt inspections of the equipments and spare parts essential for the continuous operation of Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Units 1,2,3&4  Ensuring purchased materials align with specified requirements by verifying purchase order specifications and referring relevant industry standards  Reviewing Quality Verification Documents to ensure compliance with necessary requirements  Examining CFSI (Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items) Verification in accordance with BNPP and international standards  Overseeing ISPM (In-Storage Preventative Maintenance) activities for the stored items  Initiating Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and OSDD’s (Over, Short, Discrepant & Damage) reports for the findings  Collaborating with Procurement Engineering, Quality Team, and Vendors to address identified issues during inspections  Processing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for received spare parts on SAP WM and supporting the team in material putaway operation & issuing material to the plant  Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement  Collaborate with Supplier Performance Management(SPM) for evaluating supplier ratings and organizing meetings/trainings  Create training materials and inspection checklists to help suppliers understand and meet company requirements  Actively contributing to maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within acceptable parameters, procedure revision and enhancement of existing SAP WM  Supports the Manager by proposing creative solutions and executing them to accomplish organizational goals  Supervising and coordinating the warehouse activities from receiving to the issuance of items to the plant  Thrived in high-pressure environments by effectively managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks and delivering exceptional results  Effectively implemented quality assurance awareness and safety culture within the inspection teams  Executing storage facility inspections according to ASME-NQA-1 standards & internal procedures, witnessing and reviewing maintenance activities of equipment stored in different storage facilities

 Worked on Quality Surveillance and Management of Electrical & Instrumentation equipments and Spare parts to ensure that the item meets quality, technical, purchase order specification and regulatory requirements  Reviewed Quality Verification Documents to confirm the documents meet requirements  Initiated Non-conformance reports (NCR) & Quality Deficiency Notices (QDN)  Attended to the assigned Witness / Hold / Review points as identified in Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)  Performed quality surveillance oversight of the Sub-contractor installation works during construction of BNPP  Formulated Corrective Action Reports (CAR) for closing out of DNR (Deficiency Notification Report) issued by the client  Prepared Inspection Reports, updated on daily basis about the status of inspection in the ERP (SAP) Software  Provided guidance to the Warehouse Management team on material related issues  Examined CFSI (Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items) Verification as per BNPP and international standards  Collaborated with ENEC (Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation) and KEPCO for inspection and non-conformance/quality deficiency resolutions and so on  Analysed completed corrective actions reports (CAR) submitted by vendor/construction team and determine the acceptability  Developed training materials to educate inspectors on quality inspection processes  Strategizing & directing activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards by continuously improving Quality procedures

 Examined the drawings, project documentation and specification to prepare accurate and efficient electrical estimate for the interior fit-out work as well as designed electrical layouts  Developed the electrical load calculations as per the design and responsible to check the availability of Electrical load sufficient to meet the requirement  Analysed the electrical works at site and accordingly coordinated with design and construction teams for effective projects handling and engineering procedures  Supervised and ensure adherence to QA/QC and HSE policies to ensure quality and guarantee safe& healthy work place  Administered project coordinators and site engineers in arranging technical data sheets and samples for electrical products, for taking approval from client/consultant and prepared the budget of the Electrical Work  Evaluated the quotations and sent enquiry to suppliers & sub-contractors  Generating purchase requests, follow-up of purchase orders and purchase requests  Negotiated with the suppliers and sub-contractors to get the best quality product at lower cost
