● Total presales, design & estimation process for RFQs for Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Voice Evacuation System, Central Battery/Self-contained Emergency & Exit Lighting Systems, Public Address system. ● Provide estimating service at various stages of a project’s development ranging from Tender to Job in Hand. ● Assist design team in Voltage drop calculations, Power calculations, battery calculations, SPL and lux calculations for Fire alarm, central battery, and public address system.

● Designing and estimation for Low current and Low voltage systems. ● Designing fire and life safety related systems such as VESDA, Linear Heat detection system. ● Provide estimating service at various stages of a project’s development ranging from Tender to Job in Hand. ● Study, evaluate and analyze project design criteria for cost estimation as per project specification, client requirements and NFPA and UAE fire codes. ● Researching, sourcing, negotiating, and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers ● Cost optimization of the project by design optimization & BOQ optimization ● Preparing submittal documents such as technical compliance statement, catalogs, datasheets, company profile, project reference list, etc. ● Attend all project review meetings with consultants and subcontractors to present any trends, potential scope changes, requests for adjustment orders and all other matters concerning the welfare of the project’s budget. ● Assist design team in Voltage drop calculations, Power calculations, battery calculations, SPL and lux calculations for Fire alarm, central battery, and public address system. ● Preparing bill of materials for the construction projects such as residential and commercial buildings ● Work in close coordination with the service & operation team to ensure that the installation, testing & commissioning is carried out in accordance with the estimation & design. ● Working knowledge with SHIELD, ESSER, JSB, INOTECH, ATIES, SECURON, SIL, CROWCON, SPECTEX, DETRONICS.

● Total presales design & estimation process for RFQs for Firefighting Systems, Automatic Fire suppression systems, Voice Evacuation System, Central Battery/Self-contained Emergency & Exit Lighting Systems, Public Address system, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems ● Receiving RFQ inquiries, reviewing the scope of work, technical specifications, consultant drawings & BOQ to ensure compliance & adherence with systems under the scope. ● The study, evaluate and analyze project design criteria for cost estimation ● Cost optimization of the project by design optimization & BOQ optimization. ● Attend technical meetings with the sales team to provide product knowledge and in-depth with sub-contractors and consultants. ● Preparing submittal documents such as technical compliance statement, catalogs, datasheets, company profile, project reference list, etc. ● Coordinate the preparation of design drawings and ensure compliance with the relevant standards, project specifications & estimated BOQ. ● Assist procurement in cost optimization by arranging the dispatch based on the optimized design BOQ. ● Work in close coordination with the service & operation team to ensure that the installation, testing & commissioning is carried out in accordance with the estimation & design. ● Uploading documents in the Civil Defense website for the approval of the annual maintenance contract. ● Regular follow up of maintenance projects for the scheduled visits as per the maintenance contract. ● Working knowledge with SIMPLEX, INOTECH, ESSAR, JSB

● Continually Monitor and Control the substation equipment for the reliable and safe operation of the network. ● Issue of safety documents and permits for works, both in the substation and field, ensuring proper isolation and earthing. ● Carry-out load shedding in pre-arranged methods in case of generation shortage or another network contingency.
