 Coordinating with mechanical, Electrical and architectural inspectors wherever required in the inspections.  Providing technical support to the Resident Engineer.  Performing onsite physical inspections.  Testing and measuring of materials w.r.t materials submital.  Examining the inspection plan and distributing among the team.  Making of daily inspection and casted items report.  Making of PPT for weekly observation and progress report.  Reviewing of constructions\ shop drawings.  Making of NCR and SOR.  Monitoring of execution to ensure that they meet the drawing standards.

 Conduction of weekly proactive round along with building owner & reporting manager for up keeping the facility.  Manpower Management- Carpenter, Plumber, etc.  Upkeeping the updates on-  Helpdesk management.  Project status.  Consumables- Civil, carpentry, plumbing etc.  Pending PR with commercial- Maintaining the tracker for the same.  Updates on pending work in hand call / sheet & get weekly review with Manager.  Assigning the task to vendor partners.  Analysis on requirement of user.  Taking the approval from Manager to take the work ahead.  Execution of work as per specification, drawing & requirements.  SAP  Asset management  Conduct on site investigations and analyzing data with maintaining quality work at site.  Planning and execution of Civil Engineering projects.

 Execution of site work as per Design & Drawing.  Hands on experiences in Billing and Account.  Check and process all the invoices of Service vendors.  Assist in resolution of contractual disputes on projects with clients, consultants or subcontractors.  Conduct on site investigations and analyze data with maintaining quality work at site.  Ensuring the health, safety & security on project site.  Approval of Shuttering before Casting and daily work scheduling from contractors aspects.
