• Actively participating in all stages of the project – From Initial Site Survey, System Design, Project Tendering, and Project Execution to Project handover. • Activity and Resource planning. • Reporting the project progress to the project manager • Coordination and monitoring of the Works of both Contractors and suppliers. • Coordinating Project Schedule, resources, Equipment and information • Assist in preparing weekly project report submission to Client. • Participate in technical and progress meetings. Major Projects − Mohammed Bin Rashed Space Center Al Khawaneej – Building a new data center, Handling complete ELV solution. − Ministry of Human Resource & Emiratization – 15 sites all over UAE. − Sharjah RTA – 4 sites HQ, Muweilah, Technical Workshop, Jubail bus station. − EHRC office at Emirates Towers – Complete ELV including AV. − Damac HQ at TECOM – Renovation of the Existing Data center. − Cisco Concept store at Mall of Emirates − Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Control room at Umm-al-Quwain − General Authority of Sports Clinic-Al Qusais

• Activity and Resource planning. • Develop scopes of work and design estimates. • Review all the RFPs and design the solution based on RFP. • Coordination and monitoring the Works of both Contractors and suppliers • Participate in technical and progress meetings. • Integration and commissioning of ELV system. • Consolidating all the IFC package and all approvals to kick off the project. • Reviewing and detailing shop drawings for construction plans. Major Projects- − Public Library at Al Safa − Private Villas in Al Khawaneej − Fruit and Vegetable market Al Awir

• Integration, installation and commissioning of ELV system. • Preparing sketches, drawing, material list & suggestions and quotations for clients. • Providing drawing support to a senior project engineers. • Coordination Project Schedule, resources, Equipment and information • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports Major Projects- − Laboratory Access Control System at Julphar RAK − University of Dubai Academic city − MOPA Abu Dhabi. − Intercontinental Hotel at Festival City
