 Responsible for conceptual firefighting/ fire alarm design and life safety analysis in accordance with UAE fire life safety code and NFPA codes.  Familiar with International standards and such as ISO, NBC, NFPA, U.A.E Civil Defence etc.  Selections of Products having approval from VDS, UL, FM, LPCB and BSI Kite mark based on the Project Specification & Client Requirements.  Duties involved required significant use of AutoCAD, Microsoft office suite programs.  Performed detailed analysis of potential fire hazards and coordination of various fire protection systems.  Based on Clients Budget Constraints for any specific Project, carrying out Value Engineering Studies.  Performed site surveys to determine appropriate system solutions such as pipe routing and sprinkler placement.  Performed hydraulic calculations, fire pump capacity sized it.  Communication related to project shop drawing/ submittal with client/ consultant and internal sales/ marketing team.

 Preparing shop drawings of plan, section & elevation from the tender drawing  Design & drafting for HVAC, Drainage, Water and Firefighting services in Residential & commercial Buildings  Responsible for layout of air supply grills, air system sizing, vents and supply ducts, location of air handers and equipment to code product.  Performing cooling load calculation using ASHRAE standards, software’s like Elite and HAP.

 Water Plant Infra and Erection Supervision  Work under CSR projects for Eicher motors ltd, to build domestic water plants in Madhya Pradesh  Work under CSR projects for Apollo Tyres ltd, to build water plants in Chennai.
