 Operate the plant on a shift basis in a safe and efficient manner to ensure the flawless operation. Cover absence where required on other shifts ensuring sufficient resources to start-up, operate and shutdown the plant.  Skilled as Technical Author in writing/developing/reviewing the documents related to Plant Operating procedure manuals, Standard and safety operating procedures and work instructions for Power Plant  Respond to all equipment alarm or shutdown conditions and take appropriate action. Took part in commissioning maintenance activities like Boiler and its Auxiliaries , Mill (HP 803) and ID ,FD ,PA fan commissioning ,Turbine HP Roll check. Take part in Asset Management Auditing, Integrated Management System, Energy Efficiency Management System , Continuous improvement Process , System Implement Plan(SIP)in Current Organization.  Analysis carried out by using UPTIME Artificial Intelligence preventive analysis software.  Took part in Soot blowing optimization (SBOO) and Boiler Combustion Optimization (BCO) by using existing performance data.  Preparing ORM, MOM,MRM ,O&M consolidated report, Key challenges on monthly basis.  Carry out Plant operations on CMC MODE /BOILER FOLLOWUP /TURBINE FOLLOW UP. Took part to Unit Shut down .  Carry out turbine rolling and load raising during startup of the plant.  Carry out Boiler Cold/Warm/Hot startup and Handling Emergencies like PA stalling and Mill/ Fan trips  Take part to improve Boiler efficiency and Unit Heat rate  Monitor Automatic Turbine Run-up System, Automatic turbine testing and carry out turbine control valves operations.  Operation and monitoring of the governing system of turbine.  Control and monitor the HP and LP heater performance.  Control and monitor the condenser performance.  Regulate and monitor the equipment operations and conditions, such as water levels, firing rates, pressure level, steam flow etc. from DCS.  Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condensers, feed water heaters, chemical dozing pumps etc. to ensure proper operation of the plant.  Monitor all equipment operating parameters during shift.  As an Authorized Person, apply isolations under the direction of the Senior Authorized Person which enables maintenance activities to proceed safely under the Permit to Work System.  Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety requirements of power plant operation
