PROJECT : BOROUGE 4 (CONSTRUCTION OF BOROUGE – 4 PLANT) EPCC : TECNIMONT CLIENT : BOROUGE DESIGNATION : HSE OFFICER (BOROUGE APPROVED) PROJECT : OSGE (OPTIMUM SHAH GAS EXPANSION PROJECT) EPCC : SAIPEM CLIENT : ADNOC SOUR GAS DESIGNATION : HSE OFFICER (ADNOC APPROVED) • Responsible to implement safety rules and regulations of the company • Secure of peoples and plant properties from “ZERO” accident and incident • Delivery of project HSE induction and other identified HSE trainings. • Before starting every construction activity, supporting construction team lead with safety advice for conducting tool box talk to bring awareness to workers about work related hazards. • Daily Attend meeting with construction team lead for multiple discipline job activities. • Attend meeting with HSE team of PMC and client. • Attend weekly minutes of meeting and follow up. • Before starting the job check the valued work permit & Attachments as per required. • Active involvement in preparation of JSA & Risk assessments. • Ensuring welfare facilities like medic & first aid facilities, smoking shelter, rest shelters, Toilet facilities, and drinking water availability on site. • Daily & periodic inspection of the EEBA, Powered equipment, fire-fighting equipment, hand, power tools & PPE’s of the employees. • Identifying environmental impacting issues and its immediate rectification. • Immediate removal of defective & damaged equipment’s from job site. • Checking of Vehicle entry certificates, valid stickers, Color codes of lifting equipment. • Better co-ordination, co-operation, co-communication with client’s safety personals. • Conducting and assisting in mock drills like medevac drills, fire drills and evacuation drills, Spill response drills on site as well as camp accommodations. • Checking and controlling of Vehicle management with IVMS, Air-loop vehicle for Red-zone, cable management and material management. • Checking and reviewing of scaffolding erection, dismantling, modification activities work at height activities, confined space activities, excavations, hot and cold work activities, electrical works, Crane lifting and make sure trained employees only performing the activities. • Prepare daily observation and immediate rectification. • Accident/Incident/Near miss analysis, investigation and report submission. • Conducting safety campaigns. • Promoting good housekeeping all over the job site. • Supervising and controlling of waste management and its disposal. • Good and effective communication with everyone.
