• Inspection for raw materials, FBE coated pipes, Reinforcement installation, Anode installation and CWC coated pipes using specific Equipment's. • Verified the Batch ( Mixing) plant and Equipment calibration and maintain that documents and certificate's • Review of inspection & test plan, material verification, all stages of inspection, final visual and dimensional inspections. • Ensure lab day by day activities and its records. • Maintain daily records about yard activities and its movement coordination with yard team. • Witness of NDT testing as per approved ITP. • Ensure all quality activities as per approved ITP. • Carry out inspection as per RFI (Request for inspection). • Monitor of the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system, recommend and implement improvements when required. • Coordination and attendance of all quality related matters and correspondence with the client and its representatives. • Data analysis for improvements on the system and procedures for a higher quality product. • Maintain daily plan and records. • Creation of proper documents for use by the team and projects. • Ensure every activities followed by ITP as per recent approved edition. • Submitted every day records to the Quality Manager, client and higher official's.

Raw Casting inspections as per client approved GAD. Dimensional inspection of Valve components like Stem, Bonnet, Disc. Witnessing of stage wise inspection on valve components. Witnessing of hydro testing and final dimension of valves as per customer requirement procedures. Verifying and acceptance of material test certificate and reports from suppliers with respect to international standards. Witnessing of NDT inspection & welding inspection (visual) as per client approved procedures. Handling customer complaints and taking corrective actions. Control of quality documents and traceability maintenance of quality records. Final inspection of all casting, valve components.
